If you have used our services through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and would like to request deletion of your data, please follow the instructions below.

When you use our services through Meta platforms, we may collect:

• Your user ID from the Meta platform
• Any data you explicitly provide while using our services

How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so:

What Happens Next

1. Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging your request.
2. Verification: We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
3. Processing: Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
4. Completion: You will receive a final confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that some data may be retained if:

• Required by law or legal obligations
• Necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
• Needed for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)

Any retained data will be kept to the minimum necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.

Revoking App Permissions

To immediately revoke our app's access to your Meta account:

1. Go to your Meta platform settings (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites" or "Connected Apps"
3. Find VoidCraftr in the list
4. Click "Remove" or "Revoke Access"

Note: Revoking access does not automatically delete your data. You must still submit a deletion request.
